What happens if my loved one doesn't answer the call?
We attempt the call again over the following minutes. If there's still no answer, your designated family contacts are alerted immediately by phone call and text message so someone can check in right away.
Does my loved one need a smartphone or special equipment?
No. Any phone works — landline or mobile. There's nothing to install, wear, charge, or learn. They simply answer the phone like they always have.
Can we choose the time of the daily call?
Yes. You choose the daily call time during setup, and you can change it anytime. Priority Plan members choose two call times — one morning and one evening.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
Never. Both plans are month to month. You can cancel anytime and you won't be billed again. There are no setup fees or equipment costs.
What areas do you serve?
Wellness check calls are available nationwide. Our care team is based in Riverside, California, where PremiumCare also offers full in-home care services throughout the Inland Empire.
