What you’ll receive
- Call notes: a brief summary after each check-in call (for example, “Mom was in good spirits and had eaten breakfast”).
- Missed-call alerts: a text if we couldn’t reach your loved one, and what we’re doing next.
The details
- Who sends them: PremiumCare Wellness Check, from our toll-free number (888) 592-6359.
- How often: message frequency varies with your plan, up to 4 messages per day.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (951) 405-3134 or email info@premiumcarewellnesscheck.com.
- Optional: consent to texts is not a condition of buying any plan. You can get notes by email instead.
- Your privacy: we never sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for marketing. Texts never include medical diagnoses or medication details.
